The W-4 Form is the IRS document you complete for your employer to determine how much should be withheld from your paycheck for federal income taxes and sent to the IRS. Accurately completing your W-4 will help you avoid overpaying your taxes throughout the year or owing a large balance at tax time.

The Federal I-9 form is required by the Department of Homeland Security – U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services to document eligibility for employment in the United States. All new employees, including U.S. Citizens, must supply documents to identify themselves and to establish their eligibility for U.S. employment.

We offer direct deposit for your convenience. Your paycheck will be automatically deposited into the account(s) you indicate on this form.
